- Cancellation or change 14 working days before departure: 100% refund.
- Cancellation and change 10 working days before departure: Full refund of travel expenses excluding ticket cancellation fee of 30,000 won per person
- Cancellation and change 9 to 8 working days before departure: Refund after deducting 10% of total travel expenses (90% refund)
- Cancellation and change 7 to 4 working days before departure: 50% penalty of total travel expenses (50% refund)
- Cancellation and change 3 to 2 working days before departure: 80% penalty of total travel expenses (20% refund)
- Cancellation and change 1 working days before departure: 90% penalty of total travel expenses (10% refund)

3. Notes Regarding Meeting and Dismissal - Meeting Time & Location: Please be sure to arrive at the designated time and location. If you are significantly late, you may not be able to join the tour.
- Dismissal Time: Due to traffic conditions, arrival times may be delayed. Please plan your schedule with enough flexibility.

5. Behavior During the Tour - Punctuality: Please strictly adhere to the meeting times at each sightseeing spot.
- Group Behavior: Be considerate of other participants and act as part of the group. Avoid leaving the group without permission.
6. Changes Due to Weather or Other Circumstances - Possibility of Cancellation or Changes: The tour may be canceled or altered due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Alternative Plans: If some attractions become unavailable, alternative plans may be arranged.
7. Valuables - Please be careful with your valuables to avoid loss or theft. You are responsible for managing your own belongings.
8. Alcohol & Smoking - Please observe proper manners in public places and only drink or smoke in designated areas.
