1. Tour fees

• Tour fee are subject to change without prior notice, following rate.
• Booking Period: The tour package must be booked at least three (3) months prior to the tour start date.
• Deposit Requirement: A 10% non-refundable deposit, calculated based on the package price for the selected group size (e.g., 15 pax, 20 pax, 25 pax, 30 pax), is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• Interim Payment: A 40% payment is required upon issuance of the Final Itinerary and Invoice.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be settled no later than seven (7) days before the tour begins.
• All payment should be transfer to US into $USD amount in our Korean Local Dollar Account.
  2. Child charge
• 36 months below free of charge.
• Child N/B (No bed) charge 75% from the adult price
• Child W/B (With Bed) charge for 100% from the adult price.
  3. Room Hotel
• There is an additional charge during peak season, public holidays, and weekends. Please contact our package department to confirm these dates.
• Room availability is very limited. Therefore, it is recommended to book several months in advance.
• Hotels are subject to change to a similar class if the room is not available at the time of booking. 4. Notes Regarding Meeting and Dismissal
• Meeting Time & Location: Please be sure to arrive at the designated time and location. If you are significantly late, you may not be able to join the tour.
• Dismissal Time: Due to traffic conditions, arrival times may be delayed. Please plan your schedule with enough flexibility.
  5. Notes on Health & Safety
• Health Conditions: If you have any chronic illnesses or allergies, please inform the organizer in advance. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from participating in the tour.
• Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance.
• Emergency Contact: Make sure to confirm the emergency contact information before the tour.
  6. Behavior During the Tour
• Punctuality: Please strictly adhere to the meeting times at each sightseeing spot.
• Group Behavior: Be considerate of other participants and act as part of the group. Avoid leaving the group without permission.
  7. Changes Due to Weather or Other Circumstances
• Possibility of Cancellation or Changes: The tour may be canceled or altered due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Alternative Plans: If some attractions become unavailable, alternative plans may be arranged.
  8. Valuables
• Please be careful with your valuables to avoid loss or theft. You are responsible for managing your own belongings.
  9. Alcohol & Smoking
• Please observe proper manners in public places and only drink or smoke in designated areas.
