Refund 1
- Cancellation or changes made 14 days before departure: Full refund of the tour cost, except for airline ticket cancellation fees.
- Cancellation or changes made 13–7 days before departure: Refund of 70% of the total tour cost (30% will be deducted).
- Cancellation or changes made 6–3 days before departure: Refund of 50% of the total tour cost (50% will be deducted).
- Cancellation 1 day before departure or no-show: A 100% penalty of the total tour cost will be charged (no refund).
- If entry is denied or immigration rejects the passenger at the airport, the tour fee is non-refundable.
ETC 1
- 50% of the tour cost must be paid at least 14 days before arrival.
- Full payment (100%) must be made at least 7 days before arrival.
- All payments must be transferred in USD to our local dollar account in Korea.
- Post-tour payments may only be made within 1 month after the tour ends, and only with a signed agreement.
- Infants (0–2 years) – free of charge.
- Children (2–12 years) without a bed – 75% of the adult rate.
- Children (2–12 years) with a bed – 100% of the adult rate.
- Room availability is very limited; therefore, group reservations should be made 8 weeks or several months before departure, with final confirmation no later than 4 weeks before the departure date.
- Accommodation is based on twin-sharing rooms. A single room will incur an additional single-supplement fee.
